As previously discussed, a few months ago, we began the exciting process of revamping our Burleson & 71 Neighborhood Center. The new design is fresh, beautiful, and reflects the dynamic changes the area has been experiencing in recent years. These updates aim to enhance the experience for everyone—whether it’s the loyal regulars who visit iconic businesses like Catfish Parlour, Bella Donna Subs, and Austin Most Wanted (AMW), or visionary tenants like Kenny Furr and El Famoso, who have fully maximized the center’s convenient and scalable warehouse facilities to grow their business significantly.
Recently, after sharing early drafts of our redesign, we’ve received significant interest from companies in the health and active lifestyle sector. Think gyms, spas, rock climbing facilities, and other wellness-focused businesses. These organizations see Burleson & 71 as the perfect home for their offerings, thanks to its unbeatable location and versatile, spacious designs. We share their excitement; our vision for this center can definitely lend itself to becoming a vibrant hub for the active lifestyle community.
In the video below, we explore what the space could look like if we embraced this vision. Imagine large, flexible spaces tailored for businesses that promote health, wellness, and movement. This concept envisions a neighborhood center that not only supports these industries but also integrates them into the awesome business ecosystem that currently exists at Burleson & 71.
